Great Montessori Admission Process

Step 1: Purchase & Complete Admission Forms
-
Admission forms can be obtained from the school’s administration office at a cost of ₵40 per student.
-
For families enrolling three (3) or more students, the cost per form is ₵30.
-
Important: Only purchase forms directly from the school. Forms without the official school stamp or obtained from outside the school are not valid.
Step 2: Submit Completed Form & Passport Photo
-
Parent must submit their ward's completed admission form along with one passport-sized photo of their ward.
-
Ensure all required fields in the form are properly filled before submission.
Step 3: Entrance Test
After submission, applicants will take an entrance test based on their level:
-
KG1 – KG2: Numeracy & Literacy Test
-
Basic 1 – JHS 2: Core subjects – English, Mathematics, and Science
-
Pass mark: 55% and above
-
After the test, the school’s academic board will carefully evaluate the student’s performance to determine the most suitable placement. In some cases, students may be advised to repeat a class if necessary for their academic progress.
Step 4: Admission Decision & Payment
-
The school administration will inform parents of the admission decision.
-
Do not make any payments (including admission fees) to anyone at the front desk, including the administrator, unless an official admission decision has been communicated.
-
Once the decision is finalized, payments can be made via:
➤ Cash
➤ Online Payment
➤ Cheque
